Mindfulness is a person's ability to be fully aware and present in the moment.

Mindfulness is often combined with Meditation practices to promote stillness of the mind and allow a person to bring their attention to the present moment.
Meditation focuses on a person allowing thoughts and worries to roll by as the remain anchored to the present moment which eases tension and anxiety.
